Where Are We in the Text?

  • Leviticus 5 addresses additional cases requiring sin offerings and introduces the trespass offering for offenses involving holy things and restitution (Lev 5:1–19).
  • Leviticus 6 provides priestly regulations for the trespass, burnt, meat (grain), and sin offerings, including continual altar fire and restitution procedures (Lev 6:1–30).
